On arrival, please park in the designated parking area signposted.  We do not allow vehicles onto the Meadow but never fear we will help unload your equipment and personal belongings into the trailer and it will be taken safely over to your pitch/accommodation.  It is not a problem if we must make more than one journey.

Touring Tents –

Arrival for tent pitches is between 3pm and 7pm.  If you are going to arrive later than 7pm, please let us know in advance so that there is someone available to welcome you.  Arrivals after 9pm will have to wheelbarrow there equipment to the pitch.

Please depart by 11am.  You are welcome to stay longer if we can accommodate you and a small charge may be applicable.

 

Bell Tents & Stargazer Domes

Arrival for our on-site Glamping accommodation is between 3pm and 7pm.  If you are going to arrive later than 7pm, please let us know in advance so that we are there to greet you.

Please depart by 10am. So, we can get the accommodation cleaned and ready for the next arrivals.
